I spent many years in the Military with a long and varied career. A great place to learn and experience life, people, challenges, attitudes, motivation and achievement. I also had time to run a few businesses along the way!

On leaving the Service I found my calling to help people find their authenticity, to be themselves. I retrained and moved into personal, team and business development, where I've been helping people become more effective and fullfilled in life.

Along the way i continued my studies in personal and spiritual development, including psychological and energetic approaches in human behaviours, and their effects on physical and mental well-being.

I love mentoring individuals from entrepreneurs, business owners to managers and leaders and all in between! There is someting fabulous watching them develop their self-awareness, confidence and talents to become more effective at what they do and importantly, inwardly contented and happier human beings!

I have a degree in psychology with qualifications and experience in business, marketing, leadership, including meta-physical and spiritual approaches to life. I've trained in Energy Psychology modalities, Neurolinguistics Programming (NLP) techniques, and several holistic well-being and psychological practices.

I'm a dad to two beautiful smart and cheeky teenagers and husband to a fabulous and patient wife! We live in Sutton Coldfield, Near Birmingham in the United Kingdom. I love being creative, stone carving with recycled stone, heritage steam railways, archaeology, musical theatre, spending time by the sea and being in nature.

What I’m about - I’m about helping people get clarity and direction in life. To explore their innate potential to create a life doing what they love or passionate about. Most importantly, living a life being true to themselves!

My approach - I use several different approaches that help people gain a greater understanding of their life, where they are now and get clear on where they truly want to be. It’s a mix of deep conversations, practical activities, with psychological and energetic techniques, usually interlaced with fun and laughter!

It’s a journey of transformation to a life waiting to be lived.

As a speaker I want to inspire the audience to open their awareness of how they see and interact with the world and invite them to question their lives and what it is they’re creating.

I want them to challenge their thinking and see how the power of their mind and the energy drives the ‘More of life’. I share stories inspiring them to open to their passions, and what it means to follow a successful life that has meaning and purpose.
